Colors and appearances of live animals may vary from what is shown on the Site due to differences in monitors, lighting, and the natural variation among animals.
All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time without liability to you.
Orders and Payments
By placing an order through the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Live Animal Sales
Due to the nature of live animal sales, all sales of live animals are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on live animals once they have been shipped or picked up. We take great care in the health and well-being of our animals and will work with buyers to address any concerns that arise during the shipping process. Any claims related to the health or condition of a live animal must be communicated to us within 24 hours of receipt by contacting info@wildoaksilkies.com.
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations regarding the purchase, ownership, and transport of live animals.
Refunds and Returns
Except for live animal sales as described above, our refund and return policy for merchandise and other products will be communicated at the time of purchase or on the Site. Please contact us at info@wildoaksilkies.com with any questions regarding refunds or returns.
